Fencing, Landscaping and Building for Commercial and Domestic customers.

A family business based in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, with over 30 years of combined experience. We are able to meet the needs of customers covering a wide area which includes:- Longhope, Mitcheldean, Ross-On-Wye, Lydney, Monmouth, Abergavenny, Tewkesbury, Malvern, Cheltenham, Stroud and also the surrounding areas.

From my initial online enquiry to Chris coming out to quote for the major landscaping and fencing was only a matter of days. Our garden project was not for the faint hearted, in fact we’d already contacted more than 10 companies before we found Crisann Construction and none of them stood up to the challenge!

Difficulty of the job

It was such a relief to find a company that didn’t run away when they saw the sloped garden and restricted access to the garden. Within a few days of accepting the quote we had some firm dates in the diary for the work to start. Chris and George worked hard and to a very high standard. Very nice guys. Professional with a ‘can do’ attitude. They have an appetite to get the job done and went the extra mile for us, liaising with the Local Council to meet their requirements. They fenced 50m with Wattle Fence and 10m with Close Board – they also paved 10m and installed 3 gates. Crisann also repaired our old fence which had seen better days. Our garden was unsecured and they offered their professional view on how to best secure it. The chaps will be returning to put in a hedge for us. Neighbours have also utilised their services for fencing and other work.

Reliability

We moved into a brand new home and urgently needed a reliable builder to create the garden, construct an outbuilding and install fencing. We needed someone reliable and efficient as the timescales were very tight as with any move solicitors etc tend to move slowly and then everything has to happen quickly.

Recommendation

The most important thing was the fencing completion to stop our dog from escaping. it is a joy to find someone who does what they say and Chris Gardner is one of those reliable, conscientious men who takes great pride in his work. You will not find a better worker than Chris, we would recommend him every time, an all round good experience.
